A local official attempts to control succession to an estate, before a mysterious figure intervenes on behalf of the rightful heir. Daisuke Itō handled the original story, screenplay, and direction, with Ryūnosuke Tsukigata and Hiroshi Kaneko among the cast; the surviving version runs about 26 minutes.
