After meeting young anthropology professor James Gilmore, Winston College student Stella Ames begins to reconsider campus life, public judgment, and her personal choices. Dorothy Arzner directed this 1929 American early sound romance starring Clara Bow, Fredric March, Marceline Day, and Shirley O'Hara. It was Bow's first all-dialogue film.
