Jean de Limur directed this 1929 American early-sound drama starring Jeanne Eagels, O. P. Heggie, Herbert Marshall, and Reginald Owen, adapted from W. Somerset Maugham's play. The surviving workprint was rediscovered in 2011 and subsequently restored by film-preservation organizations.
